fungusware

I downloaded the new version (previously used 2.1.0.0) on both an XP computer and a Vista computer, and the new version will not open - gives an error message. When I reverted back to 2.1.0.0, the sweep ran OK. Anybody else having problems with the new version?

This seems to be caused by a missing dependency.....It is now fixed in version 2.1.9.0

I just downloaded lojiklsweep version 2.2.10. It wont even open on the screen. It comes up with an error message.
"The product is not licensed. Some features will be disabled or do not function at full capacity and this nag screen will continue to appear. To enjoy the unrestricted features of this product, .....visit www.fungusware.com and register a license."
I DID AND I HAVE!
I have the serial number email and I pasted it into the "renew license" blank but that only sends me another email for registration.
The license application was difficult as most of the links didnt work and I ended up registering for the forum instead.

I cant figure out how to register the product and I also cant figure out how to even open up the program. HELP Please! Thanks

Hi,

You must paste the Serial Number into the actual LojiklSweep application.

When you open the software, just ignore the warnings about not being Registered and go to the Licensing screen. After starting the program there is a link on the main page of the software that goes to the screen.

Enter the serial number here and click "Activate License". Your product will be unlocked.
