fungusware

There seems to be a slight issue that is comming up on some machines. It occurs when a user tries to copy a file that is in use and usually effects only Windows Vista users. Here a Fungusware we are commited to solving this issue, but, while we search for a solution, you may want to try the suggestions below :

Could I ask that you try installing the Visual C++ Runtimes. They can be found here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9B2DA534-3E03-4391-8A4D-074B9F2BC1BF&displaylang=en)

Seems some system require this to be installed for the Shadow Copies to work correctly.

Hi all, this issue seems to be fixed and appears to work on Windows XP, 2003, 2008 and Vista in 32 Bit and 64 Bit flavors.
