Can't backup Outlook without closing it. Any suggestions for using the Advanced Processing option?

Hi,

The latest version of LojiklSweep has functionality to backup files that are in use. (Outlook PST's). However, while the technology is used, it is not always guaranteed to work.

You could write a Batch file that somehow gracefully closes Outlook, but how this is done is beyond the scope of what we can help with.

Hope that helps. If you do get a new version and it backs up your Outlook PST PLEASE let us know ....
