I do not use a user name or password on my computer (XP SP2). Task manager indicates the scheduled task did not run for lack of a password. What is it asking for? Thanks.

Hi, even tho you do not have to login to your machine and you do not have a password, you must still (for now) type at least your username in the "set password" section of the schedule configuration.

Thanks for the reply. I tried entering my user name but still get the access denied message after closing the set password box. I am still confused. I show up as the administrator in the XP log in and there are no other users identified on this computer. I went ahead and uninstalled/reinstalled the software with same result. When I install there is an option to choose who can run the software between just me or everyone. I clicked the everyone box....could this be part of the problem?

:(

Hi, no the 'Everyone' install should be fine.....

If you login to your Computer with 'Administrator' and a blank password then make sure this is whats being entered into the Schedule box.

Does that help at all ?
