I have configured "LojiklSweep" to back up my data hard disk. I have entered a schedule for a once a week backup. The backup process will run manually, but will not run as scheduled. When I look under "\WINDOWS\TASKS" I see the error message "The scheduled task did not run because no user account password was entered". What have I failed to configure??? My PC has only one account and I am the administer. The operating system is Windows XP with SP 2.

Hi,

You need to edit the Schedule Information and enter the your computers user name and password. This feature is designed this way to allow a task to be run be someone other than the person setting up the Backup.

Once you enter these details, the schedule will run as desired.

Cheers.
