I have made several attempts to install your software to no avail.

After upgrading my system to include Microsoft .NET framework version 2.0
as per the instructions in your installation routine, it is still insisting that I install .NET framework. It is evidently unable to make the determination that the framework
is installed.

Is there any remedy for this impasse?

Hi, we have not encountered this issue before and we use .NET 2.0 ALOT. We will investigate to see if Microsoft have posted a fix for this.

All we could recommend now is that you uninstall the .NET Framework 2.0 from the Add/Remove programs dialog and then try reinstalling. Ensuring it is 2.0 and not 3.0 or 3.5 that gets reinstalled.

Also, check for any Service Packs that might be applicable.
