 Post subject: License problem

I request a license and get email that says "license still valid" epires 23-Jun-2009. Iopen the program, click on licensing, enter my serial # and get a message "no license for that serial #" and yes I have made sure that the serial # is the same. What am I doiing wrong?

Hi,

Are you behind an Internet Proxy, or could it be possible that a tool like ZoneAlarm or other Firewall is stopping LojiklSweep from connecting to the internet ?

If you could email support@fungusware.com we can look up your email address and see if there is an issue with the License.
