I see months old questions with no replies. Are you monitering this board or not??

Excellent program EXCEPT I don't want to back up 30GB of pix every time. I ran a BU, then tried the same project 5 minutes later and it ceated a new folder and started copying all the same files again. I see this has been mentioned b4. Do you plan to fix it?

Well, I posted this same question well over a year ago. Only response was others have reported it and they have been seeing it on their test machines.

Well, it took a year, but the 12 hour backups finally took out my NAS drive. Not sure if it's covered under warranty, but this constant writing certainly helped in its demise.

For what it's worth, I took an old PC that had some hardware issues, fixed it, and am now using that as a backup device. Cleaned up some data that I really didn't need to backup, and the first backup took 5 hours. The second backup took about 45 minutes, so it can't be copying the data all over again.

My old device was a Lacie Ethernet disk mini, which had this 'problem'. The PC is running XP, I'm going to try ubuntu next.

I've tried a dozen of these backup programs and this one is the nicest. Unfortunately there is no support... Even thought there has been several releases since I first downloaded it.

Oh, if you browse the filesytem, expand folders, close the top folder and check it. The program will crash, after it repeated tries to paint the folder tree view. OS is Vista.

I'd pay for this software if it didn't have these quirks....
